Nausea

I hate to make anyone sick, but our water heater rusted out the bottom after 16 yrs in commission...not bad considering it is near the newest appliance in our house. The gut wrencher is it got our beautiful new laminate wet and it is now bubbling less than 1 mnth after installation):The water had seeped underneath the floor so I didn't realize it until it was too late- not that I could have done anything besides take nearly half the floor up to get at it. sad sad sad
